Admission Process

Welcome to Project Turnabout – the first step toward a new life for you and your family. The admission process starts with a confidential call to our admission’s office at 1-800-862-1453. You may call us at any time – 24 hours a day, seven days a week, any day of the year.

Our Admissions Counselors will answer any questions you may have about treatment and will also conduct a preliminary interview to gather necessary medical information and discuss funding. We make every effort to assist in making treatment resources available to all.

Once the assessment is completed, our Admissions Counselor will determine the most appropriate level of care for you, whether at our facility or elsewhere. Your Admissions Counselor will advise what to bring and will also be available to answer any other questions you may have prior to your arrival.

The hardest part is picking up the phone and reaching out to us for more information. Once the first call is made and you are put in touch with one of our Admissions Counselors, you will be guided through the rest of the process. Project Turnabout has over forty years of experience helping individuals and families in exactly your situation, and we know that you deserve respect and understanding throughout the admissions process.

Funding/Payment Options

Project Turnabout takes great pride in its guiding principles of keeping our costs down and our doors open to all. We will work with you to carefully review all payment options that may be available to insure that you are able to receive treatment. Some payment options may include private pay, insurance, state coverage or a combination. We are currently a licensed provider for the State of Minnesota, a Preferred Provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota, and an Essential Community Provider. We also work to provide partial scholarships to assist people with funding and have contracts with national HMOs and other insurance companies.
