Health Information Technician
Project Turnabout has an opening for a Health Information Technician at the Granite Falls campus. The person hired for this position will manage electronic medical records for our inpatient and outpatient programs,
including releases of information, scanning information into records, forwarding information to physicians, referents, etc. Must be able to work in a multidisciplinary setting and be a strong team player. This person will have knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to HIPAA; an understanding of confidentiality; be able to learn and/or have knowledge of Electronic Medical Records. We prefer applicants to have a Certificate/ Associate’s Degree or commensurate experience in the field of Medical Records. EEO/AA
Project Turnabout has an opening for a Counselor at the inpatient program in Marshall MN.
Project Turnabout has been treating people with addictions for over 40 years and we are expanding! We are adding 33 beds on to the main campus, which currently has 89 beds and the Halfway House was recently expanded and updated. We currently have an opening in the Inpatient Program at the Marshall Halfway
House. We are seeking applicants that will be a part of the team, willing to embrace our Mission and Values of Compassion and Caring treatment for people that struggle with addictions, using the 12-Step practices. We seek people that are able to build a rapport with clients, staff, referents, and the community and be a self-starter.
Preferred applicants will have licensure as an LADC or other commensurate licensure with experience in the field of addictions. EEO/AA
Project Turnabout has an opening in the Nursing department, Central Medical Unit. The Medical Service Unit has 9 detox beds; but nursing staff is responsible for the medical needs of all inpatients in the program. The shifts are typically 10 hours, with around the clock services. This position is for minimal hours, about 10 hours a week, with the possibility to pick up other shifts. We will consider either an LPN or RN for the position. Human Service Techs
Project Turnabout has openings for part time Human Service Techs in Granite Falls. HST’s are cross trained in various units of the inpatient programs to allow for more work hours. Shifts may vary; we are seeking persons that are able to work flexible hours, including overnights and weekends. HST’s must be able to build a good rapport with patients. These positions include some computer/office duties, some light housekeeping, and working with the patients, monitoring patient activities during the evening and overnight hours.
