Granite Falls

Project Turnabout has an opening for Full Time Maintenance.  The Maintenance position is Monday-Friday, eight hour day shifts a week and on-call for rotating weekends. The person hired for this position will be able to meet minimum requirements of the job description, be free from chemical/gambling use problems for at least one year, and be able to pass a MN Dept. of Human Services criminal background study.


Granite Falls

Project Turnabout has an opening for a Unit Coordinator on the Extended Men’s Unit Program.  Project Turnabout is a CARF Accredited 122-bed residential treatment center, with nursing services and outpatient services located in Granite Falls MN for people that struggle with chemical and gambling addictions. We work as a team to offer quality treatment at an affordable price.  The person hired will supervise staff and program activities on the long-term Men’s Unit.  Applicants must be licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors with some supervisory experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.  You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a team player, have good computer skills, be an advocate and mentor for staff, be able to make quick and sound decisions for patient care and well-being, work with referral sources of patients in treatment, be able to provide counseling services, and participate in agency meetings.


Granite Falls

We currently have an opening in our Admissions Department.  The person hired for the position will conduct intake assessments, work with referral sources to allow to assist patients through the admission process, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be computer literate, may also complete Rule 25 Assessments, be able to build a rapport with referents and persons in the legal system, and have an understanding of the illness of addictions. 


Granite Falls and Marshall, MN

Project Turnabout has openings for part time Chemical Dependency Techs in Granite Falls and Marshall. The people that are hired will be cross trained in various units in Granite Falls to allow for flexibility in work schedules.   Shifts may vary; we are seeking persons that are able to work overnights and weekends, possibility of some days in Marshall.   These positions require you to work directly with patients, some office duties and some light housekeeping chores.   Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a good driving record and be able to pass a MN Dept. of Human Services criminal background study.


Granite Falls MN

Project Turanbout has an opening for a Part time Housekeeper at the Granite Falls MN facility. The position in Granite Falls is a day position, working approximately 3-4 8-hour days each week with a possibility to pick up extra shifts and every 6th weekend, half days. Must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a MN Dept. of Human Services criminal background study, able to physically handle the work load. This person will work every 5th weekend as scheduled.


Granite Falls MN

Project Turnabout has an opening for the Regional Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs Prevention Coordinator. This position is a full time position that covers a 27 county region of Southwestern Minnesota.  The successful candidate will collaborate with communities in assessing and identifying community needs, developing a plan for prevention, and establishing and maintaining prevention programs in their communities.  You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter, must have excellent facilitation and organizational skills, be able to do public speaking, and be an advocate and role model for prevention.  Extensive travel is required.  Preference will be given to applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, you will be able to pass a DHS criminal background study and be free from chemical/gambling use problems for at least two years.


Granite Falls, MN

Project Turnabout has openings for Counselors in our Granite Falls Program. Project Turnabout has been offering full services at an affordable price for 45 years for people that struggle with addictions. Project Turnabout is a 122 bed inpatient campus, 102 of which treat chemical dependency. We strive to meet the needs of the communities that we serve with a caring and compassionate staff.   We currently have openings for counselors in various units at the Granite Falls campus. The people we hire will be able to build a rapport with patients, staff, referents, and the community; will be self-starters, and team players.   Some positions are evenings and some Tuesday thru Saturday. We are seeking applicants that are Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors or able to be licensed upon hire. We offer an excellent benefit package, as well as relocation assistance, if needed. cants will have licensure as an LADC or LPC/LPCC, with knowledge or  experience in the field of addictions.


Granite Falls, MN

For a new and interesting work experience, Project Turnabout has openings for a PRN Nurse on our Medical Service Unit, typically working one weekend a month.  The Medical Service Unit has 15 detox beds; but nursing staff is responsible for the medical needs of all patients in the program.  The shifts are typically 10 hours, with around the clock services.  If you are an RN/LPN student, we will consider on-the-job training in the field of addictions and mental illness.   Preference will be given to a person with an understanding of addictions, working with a multi-disciplinary team that wants to learn more about working in the field of addiction.

Office Assistant for the Marketing Department–

Granite Falls, MN

Project Turnabout currently has a full time opening at the Granite Falls main campus for an Administrative Assistant in the Marketing Department.   Position is Monday through Friday, the Marketing Assistant will work some 10 AM to 7 PM and some 8 AM to 5 PM.  We are seeking a person that is detail oriented, has excellent written and oral communication skills, is skilled with Microsoft Office programs, is able to multitask, and take direction well.  We have recently expanded the main campus to 122 beds, which has expanded the need for additional staff to assist with the additional work load in these areas.  Project Turnabout is an organization in which excellent, motivated staffs are able to grow within the organization so if you are seeking a career opportunity rather than just a job, we are a place that can offer that opportunity.
