Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor - Granite Falls Office
Project Turnabout has an opening for a Counselor in Granite Falls. Project Turnabout has been offering full services at an affordable price for 40 years for people that struggle with addictions. We strive to meet the needs of the communities that we serve with a caring and compassionate staff. The person we hire will be able to build a rapport with clients, staff, referents, and the community; be a self-starter, and a team player. We are seeking applicants that are Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with experience. We offer an excellent benefit package, as well as relocation assistance, if needed.

Manager of Residential Services- Granite Falls Office
Project Turnabout is searching for an individual to be part of our senior leadership team in the capacity of Manager of Residential Treatment at our Granite Falls inpatient/residential location. (4 treatment units, 80 beds). It includes eventual management of day- to- day operation of inpatient/residential treatment services at Project Turnabout’s Granite Fall site.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director and includes the following:
· Managing 4 treatment unit supervisors/coordinators in a manner that promotes a team approach within a positive work culture. This includes working with a team in the hiring, training, coaching and evaluating performance of Residential Treatment Staff and Interns.
· Insures that services meet licensing and accreditation standards as well as Project Turnabout policies, procedures and records
· Participation in the development and implementation of Project Turnabout’s Strategic Operating Plan.
· Participate in special projects as designated by Executive Director/CEO including internal/external presentations and/or facilitation/participation in select meetings/committees
· Active membership and support of Continuous Quality Improvement Practices across Project Turnabout including the gathering and analysis of key clinical information as a basis for identifying and facilitating opportunities to improve services per state of the art Quality Improvement Practices.

The ideal candidate will be have a strong background in addiction treatment, possess a clinical Graduate degree with supervisory/management education and experience. The ability to work and maintain a positive work culture is a key value of Project Turnabout.


Activities Specialist – Part Time
Project Turnabout has an opening for a part-time Activities Specialist, approximately 8 hours a week. Must be able to organize and teach various arts and crafts, have excellent communication skills, be creative and able to work with a group of up to 20 people during their craft sessions. Must have a high school education, be able to pass a MN Dept. of Human Services background study, and be free from any chemical/gambling use problem for at least one year. Must have a good driving record.

LPN/RN – Part Time
Project Turnabout has an opening for a part time LPN/RN in the medical unit in Granite Falls. We are an 89-bed inpatient facility and this position allows you to work with patients while they are in treatment for alcohol, drug, and/or gambling use problems.

Human Service Tech – Part Time
Project Turnabout has an opening for a part time Human Service Tech in Granite Falls. Shifts may vary. We are seeking persons that are able to work flexible hours, including overnights. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a good driving record and be able to pass a MN Dept. of Human Services criminal background study.
