    I authorize any references, schools, current or former employers, current or former supervisors, or any other person or organization, whether or not identified in this application, to give your any information regarding my character and fitness for internship. I hereby release any individual, employer, reference, or any other person or organization, including record custodians, both collectively and individually, and whether identified in this application or not, from any and all liability for damages of whatever kind or nature which may at any time result to me, my heirs, or family, on account of compliance or any attempts to comply with this authorization. I further state that I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE AND KNOW THE CONTENTS THEREOF AND I SIGN THIS RELEASE AS MY OWN FREE ACT. This is a legally binding release which I have read and understand.

  • Application for internship housing

  • Project Turnabout offers a limited number of room and board stipends for interns to temporarily relocate to the area if they are beyond a reasonable driving distance. The stipends include part or all of the cost of house and daily meals provided at Project Turnabout.

    To qualify for these stipends, the individuals must make application for the stipend. Factors taken into consideration on the awarding of stipends are as follows:

    • Stated need through written request of intern
    • vailability of funds (Generally limited to no more than two stipends per year)
    • Project Turnabout's determination by consensus of three staff members, including the Executive Director and Manager of Human Resources, that the individual may by education, experience, and stated intent be a strong candidate for a future position at Project Turnabout.*

    This room and board stipend arrangement can only be used at Project Turnabout's designated sites. They are not meant to supplement current residence, but rather, to allow a person to move temporarily into this area.

    * Employment with Project Turnabout will be determined on a case-by-case basis if an opening for a position is available, the candidate is suitable for employment with Project Turnabout as determined by hiring decision makers, the candidate
