Patients entering Project Turnabout are very fortunate to have a professional Medical Service Unit right on the Granite Falls campus. The unit is staffed with Registered and Licensed Nursing Staff 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Our Medical Service Unit has nine beds for detox purposes and provides initial care, including a medical assessment for every patient that is admitted into our residential treatment programs.
Patient’s medications, both prescribed and over the counter, are kept in the Medical Service Unit and dispensed by the nursing staff at scheduled times throughout the day. The staff works very closely with the Medical Doctors at our local clinic and hospital, and they are all fully trained in detox and addiction protocols.
