Project Turnabout is a non-profit addiction recovery center that provides treatment services for compulsive gambling and chemical dependency. We utilize an abstinence-based, multidisciplinary, approach framed around the 12 Steps of Recovery. We welcome you to make the initial inquiry for those who suffer from the disease of addiction to receive treatment. Project Turnabout’s staff is committed to helping your patient achieve recovery through a comprehensive holistic approach through therapy, education and fellowship.

Collaborative Treatment Approach & Continuity of Care
Project Turnabout values the established relationship you have with your patient or client. With signed consent from the patient, you will continue to be involved in their care. Our staff will inform you of patient progress during treatment and consult with you regarding the patients individualized treatment plan. Upon discharge from our services, a comprehensive discharge summary will be available to continue consistent care progress at home.
Our professionals use electronic medical records to provide consistent care in-house and through the transition back home.
State-of-the-Art Care
Project Turnabout credits its 40 year history and continuing success to its exceptional team. The typical patient to counselor ratio is less than 7:1 and is attributed to our number of Masters and Bachelors level addiction treatment specialists. Our in-house, integrated multi-disciplinary team is completed with two full-time mental health practitioners, a full-time non-denominational chaplain, a full-time certified wellness and activities programmer, full-time nutritionists, and round-the-clock registered and licensed nursing staff.

Each of our recovery programs are housed in separate living units that are interconnected to the main campus. We strive to keep each program entirely separate and carefully rotate all scheduled activities to eliminate any overlap between programs in the main campus areas.
