Since our beginning, Project Turnabout has worked diligently to keep our rates as affordable as possible. We work hard to help those who seek care to receive it, regardless of financial circumstance.
We understand that entering into a treatment program can often be emotional experience for the individual and the family. Often, people forgo seeking the care they deserve because of financial fears. We want you to know we are here to help. Project Turnabout’s financial team employs two full-time patient funding coordinators whose goal is to help walk with you and your loved ones through making treatment as affordable as possible.
Funding Options Include:
Project Turnabout has successfully worked with a myriad of insurers and health plans, both in-network and out-of-network status. Our Patient Funding Coordinators are happy to help check coverage with your personal insurance provider, determine co-pays and admission requirements, and develop a personalized funding plan that works best for your personal needs.
Project Turnabout is a licensed treatment provider that accepts funding coverage from the State of Minnesota through the Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund (CCDTF) and other Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP). We also accept state funding from Minnesota, Kansas and Washington for our Vanguard Center for Gambling Recovery program.

Patient Aid Funds
As a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization we offer a variety of development opportunities throughout the year for individuals and organizations to support patient aid scholarship funds for those in need. Scholarship funds available include:
- Caring & Sharing – Supports alcohol and drug recovery
- Another Chance for Life – Supports problem gambling recovery
- Native American Fund – Supports both alcohol and drug recovery and problem gambling recovery
- Unrestricted Fund – Provides support wherever the need is greatest
